Hello to our dear friends, family, and anyone taking a moment to read this,
This is something Rielly and I (Morgan) have been thinking about for a while now. After many conversations, we reached out to Will and Christa to get their blessing before sharing this with you.
As many of you already know, my father-in-law—Rielly’s dad—Will, was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma back in March.
Before his diagnosis, there were countless tests, scans, and appointments, which meant many days missed from work. Even after receiving the diagnosis, Will was determined to keep working. He wanted to support his family, stay busy, and not let cancer define his days. He pushed through for as long as he could. But with the demands of his job—daily travel, exposure to dozens of homes and people—and the medical restrictions that come with cancer treatment, Will had to make the incredibly hard decision to stop working.
If you know Will, you know how much he takes pride in staying active and busy. The financial strain has been difficult, but the emotional toll of being out of work has been just as heavy. There are only so many times he can detail his car, sweep the steps, or wish the grass would grow faster so he can mow it again. This has been a tough adjustment for him and the entire family.
Will is currently undergoing treatment and has just completed his third round of chemotherapy. If everything goes well, he is expected to finish treatment by Christmas—but that’s only if his health stays perfectly on track.
Rielly and I have felt so helpless, sitting at home and not knowing how to support his dad in a meaningful way. After much thought, we decided this fundraiser was the best way we could try to relieve even a small piece of the financial burden and send love, support, and prayers their way.
While we can’t plan any in-person events right now, we do plan to celebrate when Will is in remission—hopefully in 2026. We’d love to host something then to thank everyone who supported Will and stood by our family during this difficult time.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for taking the time to read, donate, or share. Every bit of support means the world to us.
With love,
Morgan & Rielly
