My name is Cristina Rios and I suffer from pneumothorax. It’s commonly known as a collapsed lung. I’ve had a hole in my lungs for about 4 years. I’ve been silent about this because I didn’t know what to do or if I could afford it.
During my pregnancy with my last son, the hole got bigger and the air between my lungs is accumulating. I am due for surgery but can’t afford it due to the amount of therapy I need. With the cost of my living expenses and making sure my kids get what they need, all I need is help with my medical expenses for therapy. Anything will help.
I don’t normally ask, but I’m really trying to be as strong as I can for myself and for my kids. Please help with as much as you can. I would highly appreciate it.
