Hi my name is Tyrell Williams and I been having medical issues for over 2 years now being diabetic and high blood pressure and having kidney issues I just lost my job where I had insurance through and need some help with my medical visits since I have to see a doctor twice a month and to help me pay for my medication to keep me living healthy I’m trying my best not to stress out and also to get back on my feet I’ll appreciate any donations possible.
