Support Recovery for Heart Attack Survivor

I had a severe heart attack & will be out of work for a few months. I am going to have to go through physical therapy as part of my recovery process. I lost the use of my right arm during this event, so PT is going to be important. Because of this, I am out of work.

But that doesn’t stop the bills or life from continuing to come. I just need a little help to make sure myself & my family can make it through this time as I recover. Any help is appreciated.
