Hi, my name is Norman Snyder. I was born and raised in Ranson, WV. I am no longer able to support myself.

I started to get sick about four years ago and have since run through all of my savings. I have been diagnosed with CHF (Congestive Heart Failure), neuropathy in both of my feet (nerve pain that makes it very hard to walk), and COPD (hard to breathe). When this all started, I weighed in at 190 lbs, and now I’m down to less than 119.

I get help now from Medicare, which is helpful but unfortunately not enough. It covers my prescriptions but nothing else. I need help to pay my rent, for food, and medications not covered by my insurance.

Anything that you can spare will be greatly appreciated.
