Hello, I’m a single mother living in Avon, OH.
I am 73 years old and retired, living on SS after 30 years of work.
I lost my eldest daughter, Kristen, in 2015. She was only 36 and died from a ruptured aneurysm. She left behind 3 minor sons, and I’ve tried my best to always help them out.
I moved on to remarry and have 2 more beautiful daughters. One evening, when I was living alone, I went to the bathroom. While leaving, I collapsed for no reason. I got up and went maybe 2 feet to my bed and collapsed again. At this point, I tried to get up by crawling up the wall to try and get my phone! I collapsed again and hit my head hard on the wall!
I am so sorry, but this seems to just ramble on!
I got up again to my cell phone and dialed 911. They asked if I could get to the door to let them in. After several attempts, I made it.
Not to bore you anymore, I was taken to the emergency room. They asked me if I had hit my head, and I said yes!
They took me right in for an MRI, and they discovered 3 brain aneurysms!! They were terrified, but after discussing with the neurosurgeons, they thought I would be safe for a while. But my balance and cognitive abilities were diminished.
In 2025, my surgeon thought it was necessary to have the surgery ASAP. His reasoning was, I lost a daughter to an aneurysm, and I had 3! Surgery was scheduled for 3/16/2026! I was terrified. Although surgery was expected to take 3 hours, it took 6.
I am so tired of retelling this story, and I feel awful for anyone who followed the entire thing!!
I would love any financial help for the huge bills and anyone to help out my 2 daughters who have sacrificed their lives, their jobs to help me out. I will be forever grateful. God bless.
Karen
