Thank you for taking the time to hear my family’s story.
My mother has been diagnosed with Leukemia since 2022 or 2023 and has not been able to work since 2023.
Prior to her diagnosis they had just took out a second mortgage to pay on repairs for our house and moved my grandmother down who has diabetic dementia.
The repairs didn’t go as planned and the issues became worse with no funds to fix it.
My mother spends most her time hospitalized in isolation due to being autoimmune, complications or with chemo.
Which also means, I recently quit my job to care for my grandmother full time.
But when my mom is home, her and my grandmother are not in the best physical condition to get in and out of the house easily.
This fund is to help fix the repairs needed on the home and make it handicap accessible for them and to help the costly medical bills which amount to a minimum of 500,000 and those are just within this last month.
I am making this as a surprise to gift them and give back to them for their selflessness over the years and even now. They don’t ask or take from no one, they’ve only tried to survive and make a living and a home.
