Hi, my name is Nicole and I’m a 25-year-old single mom to a special needs child. Ethan has a rare condition called RDEB, which causes his skin to blister and to be wrapped at all times. I was working for a little bit but can’t hold a job due to my son’s nurses being able to call out an hour before coming here or leaving early.
Our family needs a little help. We are behind on some bills along with trying to save some money for his medical equipment he needs, like a gait trainer and medical wheelchair. I’m not the type of person to ask much, but for my son, I’d do anything. In September, I will be able to fully work due to him starting school, but in the meantime, we need some help until his SSI starts coming in, which will be in two months. Anything will help.
