Hello my name is Katrina Hall and I have a disabled son Emery Moses Jr. Who was diagnosed with a rare disease Jan. 10,2014 well Emery Jr. has grown a lot since then and I am unable to pick him up to put him in a vehicle to take him to his appointments so we are in need of a transit van to transport Emery Jr. back and forth to appointments I would really appreciate your help in making this possible for Emery Jr. Any donation count no matter how small it would greatly help thank you from the bottom of my heart in advance
