Support Doug’s Fight Against Colon Cancer

Let’s help Doug and his family fight Colon Cancer!

If you know Doug and Sharon, you know they’re always the first to step up when someone else is in need – whether it’s a friend, family member, or someone in the community.

Doug has recently been diagnosed with colon cancer, and while he faces this battle with strength, courage, the journey ahead will be incredibly challenging – physically, emotionally, and financially.

Doug and Sharon are not only beloved members of our community, but they’re also helping raise their two beautiful grandchildren in a home filled with laughter and care. Doug has a deep love of sports and has been coaching at Lake Region, where he has made a lasting impact on countless young lives. If you’ve met Doug, you’ve felt his presence – his huge, contagious laugh, beautiful smile and his unshakeable work ethic. Doug has always put others first. He’s one of the most loyal friend, now it’s our time to show the same loyalty to him.

Doug’s treatment plan involves chemotherapy every two weeks, with multiple medical visits in between. Sharon has been by his side every step of the way, which has meant taking time off work to support him through appointments and recovery.

Doug will be unable to work for at least a year. The financial burden is growing quickly – from medical bills and travel expenses to lost income.

Please consider donating whatever you can to help ease their burden. If you are not able to give right now, sharing this fundraiser would mean the world to them.

Thank you for your love, support and prayers!!

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
