Dear friends, family, and compassionate hearts,
We are reaching out on behalf of our dear friend and loved one, Solomon Ambese, a devoted husband and proud father of two wonderful children, an 11-year-old son and a 9-year-old daughter.
After years of separation due to immigration delays, Solomon Ambese was finally reunited with his wife and children here in the United States. It was a dream come true a long-awaited moment filled with joy, hope, and the promise of a better future.
But just a few months after being reunited with his family, Solomon Ambese began to experience troubling health issues. What started as fatigue and a loss of appetite quickly escalated into something far more serious. After numerous doctor visits, blood work, and scans, he received devastating news: signs of possible liver cancer. Soon after, he was diagnosed with ascites, a painful and life-altering complication often associated with advanced liver disease.
This diagnosis has turned his and his family’s life upside down.
Once the provider and protector of his family, Solomon Ambese now requires daily care. His wife has had to stop working to care for him full-time, leaving the family without an income during one of the most difficult times of their lives.
That’s why we, his friends and family, have come together to raise funds and support them during this unimaginable hardship.
Your generous donation will help cover the cost of ongoing medical treatment, specialist visits, and essential medications. It will also help provide for the daily care and support his family needs as they navigate this challenging journey together. Every contribution no matter the size will make a meaningful difference and give Solomon Ambese a fighting chance to focus on healing and being present for his wife and children.
If you’re not in a position to give, please consider sharing this page with your network. Your kindness, prayers, and support mean more than words can express.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with Solomon Ambese and his family during this time of great need.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Family of Solomon Ambese
