My name is Elizabeth Bryant (Filippi).
As a single mother of three, I’ve tried to be the best mother and sometimes a father if Need be . I’ve worked a 37-year career as a dental hygienist and have started many side hustles along the way to give my children every opportunity a two-income family has . I’ve always been a fighter and advocated for my children and anyone else that needed help. And now we come to a place that I can’t wave my magic mom Lizzy wand and make this go away or fix it . I/we need help. If you know me personally you know how I can be . I don’t give up !
My oldest daughter age 26 , Easton Clary, recently found a lump in her breast. I immediately went into high alert mode especially with our family history. Just Monday, we got the results of her biopsies—breast and lymph nodes. We received the worst possible news: advanced stage 4 metastatic adenocarcinoma in the lymph nodes and invasive ductal carcinoma grade 3
We have been fighting with the insurance company about the urgency of immediate attention, trying to bypass the authorization waiting period, along with advocating to secure a patient position at Dana-Farber’s Young and Strong Cancer Programs .Eastons insurance does not cover everything and comes with %20 co-pays and deductibles along with therapies that won’t be covered, This cancer is VERY aggressive and time ISN’T on our side. I’m humbly asking for any help from everyone I/We know while we fight for Easton’s life. I’m willing to sell my house and any assets I own to give my daughter the best possible fighting chance at beating this cancer and surviving. We will be looking for other fundraising opportunities and welcome any ideas. Please keep Easton in your prayers I’ve never done a fundraiser , many friends have . I figure if everyone we know from coast to coast pitched in like $5 a month or what they could wouldn’t that be amazing!!
I always tell my children how all the good things we have done in our lives comes back to you when you need it the most ♥️ love a desperate mom
