Please meet David McCoy. He is my brother’s father-in-law and he has stage 4 prostate cancer. My brother David, who has health issues, and his wife Georgia Faye, who has a heart condition, are the ones caring for him. He has a lot of travel to get to and from the doctor appointments and hospitals that he needs to get to. They live in a small town about an hour and a half from Nashville, and his care is being done in Nashville. My brother and his wife live with my niece and nephew. My 18-year-old niece is the only one who is bringing in any income to care for the whole family. She should be commended because she is not your typical 18-year-old who is working for education or spending money; she supports her whole family on an hourly paycheck from Sonic.
So, I am asking for help for this family so that they can all get the care they need and this child can start to enjoy her earnings from work. So if you can give $1 or $1000, it would help a lot. No amount is too small. Thank you so much for everything you have done or will do.
