Hey yall!
I’m reaching out on behalf of my sister, Irena Benic, who is currently fighting an incredibly tough battle with breast cancer. At just 32 years old, Irena was diagnosed with invasive lobular carcinoma—a rare and often harder-to-detect form of breast cancer.
Since her diagnosis, Irena has undergone:
Dozens of scans, MRis, and biopsies
16 rounds of aggressive chemotherapy
A double mastectomy
And now faces radiation therapy and years of hormone treatment ahead
Throughout all of this, she has shown unimaginable strength, courage, and resilience.
But the financial burden is real and overwhelming.
She is currently recovering from major surgery and unable to work during this time. Medical bills, recovery costs, and the long road ahead – including radiation and ongoing treatment-are adding up fast.
We’re asking for help to ease some of the financial pressure so Irena can focus fully on healing and reclaiming her life after cancer. Your support would go directly toward:
Medical and surgical bills
Post-op recovery care
Upcoming radiation treatment
Hormone therapy
Basic living expenses while she’s unable to work
No amount is too small, and every bit of support-financial or even just sharing this page-means the world to us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping Irena during this fight.
