My name is Wilmer Cruz Hernández. I’m from Honduras and currently facing one of the hardest battles of my life.
On December 29, 2021, I underwent surgery. Then, in September 2022, I suffered a stroke that has left me with serious mobility issues. Walking has become extremely difficult, and each day is a struggle.
I was born with a medical condition that now urgently requires another surgery. Sadly, the doctors where I currently am cannot perform the operation I need. My only hope is to return to Honduras, where I may be able to receive the proper care.
That’s why I’m reaching out — I truly need your help. I am raising funds to cover the cost of traveling back to Honduras and paying for the surgery and medical treatment there. Any donation, no matter how small, would be a blessing and a step toward a second chance at life.

Mi nombre es Wilmer Cruz Hernández, soy originario de Honduras y actualmente estoy atravesando una situación muy difícil. El 29 de diciembre de 2021 fui sometido a una cirugía, y lamentablemente, en septiembre de 2022 sufrí un derrame cerebral que cambió mi vida por completo.
Desde entonces, mi movilidad se ha visto gravemente afectada. Me cuesta mucho caminar, y cada día es un nuevo reto. Nací con una condición que requiere una operación urgente, pero tristemente, los médicos aquí no pueden realizarla. Mi única esperanza es regresar a Honduras, donde podría recibir la atención médica adecuada.
Por eso, recurro a ustedes con humildad y el corazón en la mano. Necesito ayuda para cubrir los gastos del viaje y el tratamiento médico. Cualquier aporte, por pequeño que sea, puede marcar una gran diferencia en mi vida.
