Hi, my name is Sarah, and I’m reaching out with a heart full of hope and a dream that’s been with me for as long as I can remember. I am a transgender woman, and I am fundraising for gender-affirming surgery that will finally allow my outside to reflect the woman I’ve always been inside.

This journey hasn’t been easy. Like many in the trans community, I’ve faced rejection, isolation, and moments where I felt invisible. But through it all, I’ve held on to hope—and the belief that I deserve to live a life where I feel whole, safe, and seen.

Gender-affirming surgery is not cosmetic. It’s life-saving care. Unfortunately, it’s also incredibly expensive and rarely fully covered by insurance. I’m currently working two jobs and saving everything I can, but it still isn’t enough. That’s why I’m turning to you.
