My name is Paul, and I’m reaching out for help to finally get the dental implants I need. For years, I’ve struggled with severe dental pain and difficulty eating, and it’s taken a huge toll on my self-confidence. I haven’t truly smiled in years, and it’s affected every part of my life—from my marriage to the way I show up for my kids. My wife Ashley has been incredibly supportive, but I know my struggles have weighed on her too. I want to be the best husband and father I can be, and I want my family to see me happy and confident again.

I have five amazing kids: Maddison (17), Peyton (16), Lieke (5), Chambers (2), and Enzo (1). Maddison is graduating next year, and I want nothing more than to be able to attend her graduation with a genuine smile, feeling proud and present. I’ve seen a few dentists and learned that the cost of getting started with implants is more than I can manage on my own. I can handle payments after the initial work, but I need help with the down payment to get started. This isn’t just about my teeth—it’s about reclaiming my happiness, saving my marriage, and being there for my family in every way I can.
