We’re reaching out with heavy hearts and hopeful spirits to ask for your help. Our sweet dog Otis is not just a pet- he’s a member of our family and, most importantly, our son Luca’s emotional support dog.
Otis came into our lives during a time when our son truly needed him. If you know, then you know just how much Otis was needed. From the beginning their bond was instant and unbreakable. Otis has brought peace, comfort, love and confidence to Luca. He senses when things are tough and responds with unconditional love and gentle understanding. He is our son’s safe space.
Recently, Otis became seriously ill and needed extremely urgent veterinary care. We’ve done everything we can to get him the treatment he needs- including emergency surgery, hospital care, medications. The good news is that Otis is fighting hard and currently in a rough recovery. But the truth is, the vet bills have added up quickly to more than we can manage alone.
We’re humbly asking for any help you can give, no matter how small. Every dollar will go directly to Otis’s medical bills.
