Help my brother save my life-support his recovery expenses

Hi, my name is Xiomarie Arroyo. I’m 27 years old, and I’ve been diagnosed with ANCA vasculitis — a rare autoimmune disease that has led to kidney failure.After a long and emotional journey, I’ve been blessed with hope — my brother has selflessly offered to donate his kidney to me.

This incredible act of love comes with serious financial challenges. My brother is not just my donor — he’s also a dedicated father of two young boys, and he and his partner are currently expecting a baby girl. In order to give me his kidney, he’ll have to take time off work to recover from surgery and travel a long distance to be with me for the procedure and follow-up care.

We’re raising funds to help cover his rent and basic expenses while he’s unable to work, as well as travel and lodging costs related to the transplant. This support will make it possible for him to be there for me during this life-saving operation, without sacrificing the wellbeing of his growing family.
