Help Jared & Grandkids Get a Wheelchair Van

My name is Jared, and I am a T4 paraplegic raising my three wonderful grandchildren: Jace (11), Aiden (16), and Xzandrez (17). Life has been a challenge without reliable transportation. I rely on a transport service that only works about half the time, and I often have to ask family and friends for rides. This has caused me to miss important hospital appointments, parent-teacher conferences, and many of my grandchildren’s school programs. One of my grandchildren, Aiden, has asthma and needs regular doctor visits, which adds to our transportation struggles.

Having a wheelchair-accessible van would be life-changing for us. It would mean I could get to my medical appointments on time and make sure Aiden never misses his doctor visits. It would also allow me to be present for my grandchildren’s school events and meetings, supporting them the way they deserve. Most importantly, having a van would give me the chance to return to work or even go back to school, helping us manage the rising costs of groceries and utilities.
