I am trying to help raise money to reward someone who has worked really, really hard to get herself out of what seemed like a hopeless situation.
Escape from the 15 years of domestic abuse that she was the victim of never seemed possible. She turned to drinking for a short time to try to escape what she had gone through… what she was going through. COVID made the abuse worse, and she just wanted to die.
Fast forward five years and my friend is divorced!!! Someone at her work saw her pain and hired her a lawyer, and she surprised him out of nowhere three weeks after he beat her up and broke her arm and hand by serving him with divorce papers. She has an amazing new job and works really hard.
For the past two years, she solely and financially was the only one taking care of their children, and so now she is in debt with bills being behind and additional lawyer fees because he dragged it out for years!!! My friend needs money to pay off debt and I would like to help her. Then her dream is to repair her body. She lost a lot of weight, and so she has so much ugly and nasty skin just hanging, and she feels so ugly, just like he always told her she was. She desperately wants her loose skin removed; she wants to feel pretty, to finally feel like her life has made a 180!
Please help me raise the money to pay off her debts of about 3K and then to pay for her skin to be removed so she can have the new start she deserves. She also lost teeth because of the abuse, and she would love those fixed too. Let’s change someone’s life who deserves it.
