My grandma needs a liver transplant but we aren’t able to afford all of her surgery she needs other ones, to get to her main. I know she does not have long time while she is 78, but this year is very important with my cousin being pregnant with twins, and graduations also a wedding. I will be very thankful if we could get help to let my grandma see all of our happy moments for the last time
