In the early hours of June 7, 2025, around 1:00 AM, our beloved friend and community creative, Ceven, was involved in a tragic car accident. His vehicle was completely totaled, and he sustained severe, life-altering injuries—his left leg was nearly severed, broken in three places: the femur, knee, and tibia. That same day, he underwent emergency surgery where rods and nails were placed internally to stabilize the injury.
Many of you know Ceven not just as a gifted Film Director, but as a visionary who has dedicated his life to uplifting others through storytelling. He has worked tirelessly—often through sleepless nights and early mornings—to bring people’s ideas to life and create opportunities for countless individuals in the Dallas creative scene. His passion, humility, and purpose-driven spirit have touched so many.
By the grace of God, Ceven is still with us today. However, doctors estimate it will be at least three months before he is able to walk again. This recovery period will be physically and emotionally demanding—and will also contribute to a significant loss of wages, as he will be unable to work during this critical time.
We are asking for your help as he begins this difficult road to healing. All donations will go toward:
