My mom’s name is Joy Tarrance Wilbourn. She was admitted to the hospital Friday evening with a dissected aortic aneurysm. She was only getting half the blood flow she needed to her heart at this time. They needed to fly her UAB but it was too foggy so an ambulance ride it was. We finally arrived at UAB at 3:30 AM. Doctor said it was a miracle that she had made it this far. Surgery was scheduled around 10:30 AM Friday morning. After 5 1/2 long hours of waiting mother finally came through by the grace of god. She has a long road ahead of her, lots of medical bills. With her husband being a truck driver, her husband has took off without pay. Any amount you can donate would be greatly appreciated to help with medical bills and gas. We normally wouldn’t do this but as anyone knows times are hard.
