My name is Annette. I’m in need of donations to help with a medical van now that I cannot walk. I’ve missed several dialysis sessions due to insurance medical transports not picking me up, and this is not good. As of being in the hospital for 4 months, this is crucial to my health. I go to dialysis 3 times a week, so it’s very important for me to be present at every dialysis session. I’m on a non-weight-bearing order due to possible amputation on both feet. That’s why I can’t ride in an Uber, Lyft, or taxi. I need my wheelchair and can’t stand on my feet. This is why it’s very important for me to get a medical van to get to my appointments and dialysis on time and actually be present at every appointment.
