Chasity and Jacob get through a medical hardship.

Hi I’m Chasity, most of y’all know me here in the community. In March, my partner and I welcomed a beautiful baby girl making us a family of 4 now. Since having her I had some ongoing issue with back and it worsened when returning to work in the middle of May. On Monday June 9th I was on the way to my primary care doctor to follow up with plan for my back when sharpest pain I had ever felt started in my stomach and chest. I was sent the hospital via ambulance where I was told I not only had gallstones but the worst case of pancreatitis my doctor had ever seen. My labs were consistent with someone who needed to be in the ICU. I was given a 20% chance of dying at that point. I was admitted to the hospital and started on medications while they prepared me for surgery to remove my gallbladder and the blockage I had in my pancreas. To make matters worse that evening when my partner went home rest he was woken up at 3 in the morning with sharp stomach pains, vomiting and passing out. He was taken to the hospital where he also had his gallbladder removed. Both of us will be out of work the next 4 weeks with two very young children at home. We will have to have around the clock care for our kids while we recover because we aren’t able to lift anything. I’ve seen this community do amazing things and right now we need a miracle. The medical bills on top of daily bills will start rack up. If you’re unable to donate, please just share our post and pray for us during this time. Thank you all so much

Tranding Fundraisers

I’ve created this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friends, Sarah and James, who are enduring every parent’s worst nightmare — the loss of their beloved son, Leo.

We’re heartbroken to share that our dear friend Alex passed away far too soon. His light, his laughter, his incredible spirit — they touched so many, and his absence is deeply felt.

Hi everyone — Angela here, writing on behalf of Matthew (for now). On December 6th, completely out of the blue, Matthew suffered a severe stroke.
