Hello friends and family. I’ve always dreaded feeling like I would ever have to do a fundraiser but the bottom line is we are in a bad situation due to an unexpected health emergency today with Jason. I am in tears writing this as I love him so much and it is very scary and this literally hit him out of nowhere.
Jason was diagnosed with a perforation in his colon and this has resulted into large medical bills already and he will need possibly several months off of work to recover from the surgery. Please pray his surgery goes well and this type of issue is so severe because of possibility that he could get sepsis if the colon fully ruptures.
He is a hard-working electrician and has some of the best work ethic I’ve ever witnessed and he’s got one of the most generous hearts. He would give anyone the shirt off his back. Additionally, we have had many obstacles in the past few years like me being legally disabled unable to work at all due to a drunk driver almost killing me in a car accident which many of you know. I went through spine surgery last year but have not had any pain relief and I am in severe pain every single day. I depend on him to purchase me medicine as I use many natural supplements and herbs so I do not have to take dangerous opiate drugs because I have lost loved ones to those drugs. We need this help for our basic monthly expenses as he will be off of work recovering. The medical bills are already near $10,000 and that’s without the surgery included and the inpatient hospital costs that will be adding obviously much more to the hospital bill.
I feel so embarrassed even doing this but we don’t really have a choice. Anything you are able to give, I would greatly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart and would also appreciate your prayers for strength and healing as he and I are both scared and sad about this sudden event.
