Aid Thor’s Healing Journey: Vet Care Needed

My name is Brittany Smith and I had a 4-year-old furbaby, Thor, returned due to unforeseen circumstances from the only family he’s known since he was 8 weeks old. He was not socialized, and within 30 minutes of being in town, the neighbor left the front door open, and he took off. He refused to come to anyone and was finally trapped 4 days shy of 1 month. He is doing better, but his 2 front legs have swelling. I did find a quill in one of them. He was covered in ticks, and I still occasionally find some. He’s on flea and tick meds now, so that has helped. He’s eating and drinking great, and I’ve been supplementing with Dyne to help get some meat on his bones. He has a vet appointment on Friday at 8 am, and the vet unfortunately won’t allow anyone to call and help pay for services he might need. If anyone would like to help out with Thor’s recovery and help with vet bills or anything else he might need, that would be very much appreciated. He has slowly started cuddling and playing with the chew toy he got from one of the amazing people that helped trap him.
