We are writing this with hope and gratitude as we begin a new chapter in our daughter’s journey—one that could give her the gift of FOOD FREEDOM!
Our daughter has been living with severe, life-threatening food allergies to milk, egg, peanut, and wheat. These everyday foods pose a constant danger to her health and well-being, limiting what she can eat, where she can go, and how she experiences life. Every meal, school event, or social gathering comes with stress, planning, and the fear of a reaction.
But there is hope.
We have started a groundbreaking treatment program that offers a path to food freedom and long-term management of her allergies. She will be able to fully eat all of the foods she is allergic to, once she completes the 2-3 year treatment. The program has already helped many children drastically reduce their risk of severe reactions, and even consume foods they once could not tolerate. It’s a structured, multi-phase treatment plan that includes frequent visits, monitoring, and specialized support.
Insurance covers her doctor visits once the deductible is met, but many essential costs are not covered:
• Quarterly fee ($1200) for program membership
• Travel every 12 weeks to the clinic
• Transportation (car rental/gas)
• Lodging
• Allergy-free foods for the program
