Hello my name is Sharla Palmore, I’ve been battling stage 2 MS for the last 4 months, sadly it has taken a turn for the worse, I had a stroke on Saturday and have been hospitalized since then, I had to get a pacemaker put in as my heart is now in distress from the stroke and Ms. I have 2 daughters I’m fighting for and need a little help to make sure me and my kids are ok while I’m in recovery. Anything is appreciated.
