Assist with Bills and Dialysis Care

I wonder how many friends are willing to give me a hand. People have told me that I am too generous for my own good. I guess that this is what has happened to me. I have been generous with our home over the years, allowing many different people to live with us without asking for rent or help with utilities. Currently, there are 5 of us living here. We get a little help with grocery money, but other household expenses are my responsibility.

I made the mistake of asking one of the people living with us for a loan to help out with expenses. She wants her money back, and I don’t have any way to do that. On top of that, Bill is on daily home dialysis that I need to help with.

Can you please help me out? Anything would be appreciated.
