Support Needed for Rent After Knee Surgery

I hate to even have to do this or ask. On June 9th I tripped and broke my knee on the curb walking into work. I’ve been out of work since that day and unfortunately the bills don’t stop coming in. I’m asking for $900 to cover my rent for July. I am on workmans comp but was advised it could be four weeks before the first check is mailed to me. Any amount helps. I’ve had a pretty rough year so far and had just gotten back on my feet when this happened. God is teaching me patience and perseverance, that’s for sure. My return to work date is July 7th and surgery on my knee is scheduled for this Friday, June 20th. Hopefully the rest of the year is calmer and more graceful to me. I’m not generally one to reach out to the public for help but I’m backed into a corner and really don’t want this knee injury to cause me to lose the roof over my head. It’s a big ask, don’t get me wrong. Any amount helps!! All funds will go directly to my savings account to be paid directly to my landlord on the 1st. If you can’t send money, send prayers because this month has been pretty tough on me but with God I shall persevere and make it through. ❤️
