Workers comp has left me with little to no options leftHELP!

Hi my name is Francisco Mendoza I am currently injured and out of work due to a herniated disc in my lower spine I am an order selector for US foods which is already a very strenuous position thus why I am now out on injury, I have been out since February pending ortho approval for either return to work or injections etc,, I decided to return to work In hopes that all the months of physical therapy and rest have done some good. Unfortunately I am back out after only one week as my foot swelled up and my steel toe caused very bad bruising on my whole foot. It felt like pins and needles going down my leg into my foot! So I am sadly back out again and receiving only 3/4 of my pay which is not enough to care for my 2 beautiful babies and wife who stays home to care for our babies while I work since we basically have nobody to watch the babies.. all I ask is for a anything that can help me get closer to my goal as I have a 600 dollar car payment coming up and rent on top of that and I am afraid the pay I am receiving will not cover it plus food and babies diapers and what not I do not want my family to lose everything because I got injured and could no longer bring in full pay.. if you can help us out we would really appreciate it thank you and god bless
