Help Sean Giovanniello Get a Kidney Transplant

I recently discovered my brother Sean Giovanniello is going through Stage V kidney failure. Having experienced kidney problems growing up, it was a complete shock to my family and me hearing my brother was given a year or so to live without a kidney transplant.

We are not the type of people to ask for handouts, but we are challenged with the fact that insurance does not want to cover medical expenses, and he would need a life-saving surgery. Truly, any help and support to my brother and my family at this time would be greatly appreciated as we figure out what will happen in the months to come. Even if you can’t help us, just getting the word out to others would help us immensely.
